In this case, our store team will confirm your government issued ID via email, ensure your paperwork is in order and issue your personal security code over the telephone.

As an added convenience, we are happy to place your required boxes and moving supplies directly into your storage unit, in advance of your move-in.

Disappointed with the service today. I’ve used access storage many many times in the past but today was different... I was the only person there and it took over 30 minutes to sign the contract. When I asked if we could start unloading while they were getting the paperwork ready they said no (which I have done before at multiple facilities including access). Disclaimer: employees were very respectful and professional.

Facilities are well maintained... Pretty well organized. They are alot of cameras on the premises, although it doesn't stop vandalism.. no washroom on the premises so if you're going to spend some time there, make sure you take a stop at the Mc Donald's around the corner. They are hiding next to the museum and a government building so it's not known by too many ppl.
