First called them to find out about how renting a storage unit worked as it was my first time. The lady that I spoke was very pleasant and happy to answer all my questions. After discussing all my options I got a storage unit and then visited the location to check in. The staff on location were all friendly and great to work with. Justin took his time to go over everything with us and answered all our concerns. Have been to the location several times since we checked in and have had no issues because of all the time Justin spent with us explaining how to access the unit.

Access Storage on Ninth Line in Mississauga is excellent, secure, and the staff (Naresh and Justin) are very accommodating. It was a breeze for me to move all my stuff I keep in storage from one place to another with their free rental cube van. The location of the building is another bonus as it new and really clean. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who has to keep their stuff in storage for a long time. My old Storage facility in Burlington just kept raising their rates every three months and yet it was a lot further away from where I live. Access Storage has very good rates and it is a lot closer to home for me.. I hope their rates stay low for a very long time it would make me a very happy customer and will help spread the good word about the Storage Facility.

Upon learning that this facility was open after having booked with the location on John St (at least 15km away) the staff at the customer care center worked hard to move my reservation over to the closer location and because they had already collected the admin fee at the John location, ninth line waived it for me so I didn’t need to pay it twice. The manager Justin was amazing; he showed me around, pointed out all the safety features, didn’t pressure me to get a bigger unit (more money) and was extremely helpful on moving day letting me leave my personal vehicle on the lot while we did transportation! I’ve dealt with a lot of storage facilities and Access Storage across the board is THE BEST!

As a recent customer I was given the Best Service anyone could imagine by Justin Sandiford, the site manager. Although having use of the complimentary moving truck I found myself being stuck in the mud as the weather was unfortunately terrible. With that said I wasn't able to complete my intentions to move that day. I actually had to get a towing company to help me in my predicament and was extremely late for the trucks return. Keeping in touch with Justin during this long and horrible experience he was Excellent and Extremely Helpful by not only staying well beyond the operating hours of this location but assisted me in the undamaged yet muddy trucks return. I of course cleaned the truck from the muddy experience as Justin was so Extremely Polite and understanding of my predicament he offered nothing but kind words and comfort. I have managed and owned many restaurants throughout my over 20 years of experience and Justin not only gave me Pure Excellence but represented Access Storage as a benchmark in the storage industry.
